Hi, I’m Jarrah, the founder of JA Virtual Assist.

I provide senior-level virtual assistance and EA-style support to Australian businesses and leaders who want things handled properly, without constant oversight. My role is to take care of the admin, operations, and behind-the-scenes details so you can focus on running and growing your business.

With over 13 years of experience across executive, legal, and operational administration, I bring structure, reliability, and a calm approach to every client relationship.

My background

Before starting JA Virtual Assist, I spent more than a decade working in high-responsibility administrative roles, including senior positions within the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria. In these environments, accuracy, discretion, and sound decision-making were essential.

I was regularly trusted to manage offices independently, handle confidential information, coordinate complex schedules, and support leaders operating under pressure. That experience shapes how I work today.

I understand the importance of doing things properly, following processes, and knowing when to act independently and when to follow clear direction.
