THERE'S NO SILLY QUESTION
What's the first step to working together?
Book a free 30minute chat. No pressure, no obligation, just a chat about what's eating your time and what I could take off your plate. From there, I'll put together a plan tailored to what you actually need.
Do I need to pay superannuation, insurance, or leave entitlements?
No. I run my own business as an independent contractor, so there's no super, no leave entitlements, none of the overheads that come with taking on an employee. You're only ever paying for the time you actually use.
How does pricing work?
Every business needs something different, so pricing isn't one-size-fits-all. On our free chat, we'll talk through what you need and I'll let you know what that looks like cost-wise. No surprises, no obligation to continue if it's not the right fit.
Is my information kept confidential and secure?
Yes. I've worked with confidential information my whole career, including 11 years at the Magistrates' Court of Victoria, so discretion isn't new to me. It's just how I work. Every client agreement also includes a confidentiality and ownership clause, so your information and your business's data stay exactly where they should.
Do I need to manage you once we get started?
Not really, no. I'll flag anything that needs your sign-off, but day-to-day, I take ownership of the details rather than waiting to be told what to do next. If something's unclear, I'll usually try to work it out myself before I come to you with a question.
Is there a minimum number of hours, or a lock-in contract?
No minimum hours and no lock-in contract. Everything's fully scalable and adapts to what your business actually needs, because the whole point is to take stress off your plate, not add to it. If it's ever not the right fit, there's a simple 7-day termination option, no hard feelings.
Do I need to provide equipment, software, or system access?
No equipment needed from you, I work with my own setup. If your business uses specific software or systems (your CRM, invoicing, practice management tools, whatever it is), I'll get access to what's needed to do the job, and talk you through anything unfamiliar.
What can you actually help with?
Day-to-day admin, email and calendar management, invoicing and quoting, scheduling, CRM and file organisation, EA and board support, and specialised legal and NDIS admin and billing. If you're not sure whether something fits, just ask on our chat. If it's not something I do myself, I can usually point you toward someone who does.
How long before you're actually saving me time, instead of spending time training me?
The first week or two is naturally the slower part, getting logins sorted and learning how your business runs takes a bit of back and forth no matter how organised you are. Once I'm across it, things speed up fast. I pick up new systems quickly, and I'd rather work something out myself than send you a question I didn't need to ask.
